1 General Terms and Definitions

The following words and phrases used in this document carry specific meanings. It is important to have a clear understanding of these definitions before using tr77's services.

Currency Policy

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members on tr77 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit through the welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) applies to this bonus.

Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms, which are clearly communicated at the time of the offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

VIP Program

The tr77 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

You can move up to a higher tier through active and regular play. VIP benefits apply only to members who have achieved the designated qualification.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

tr77 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The outcome of all games is governed by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

General Game Rules

• The rules and payout structure specific to each game are displayed in the game lobby.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Games or bets affected by technical errors may be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.
• tr77 is not responsible if your internet connection is lost during a game; however, the result will be determined according to the game data saved on the server.

Sports Betting Rules

Technical Error Policy

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tr77 platform and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds earned:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial purposes.
• Playing games using computer bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or bypass its security.
• Harassing or aggressive behaviour towards other users.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Any attempt to alter or influence game outcomes.
• Using tr77's brand, logo or content without permission.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

tr77's Rights

tr77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Providing incorrect or false information.
• To comply with legal obligations or regulatory directives.

User's Right to Close Their Own Account

You can request to close your account at any time through the support team. If there is any withdrawable balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned subject to verification. However, any bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited.
